... Looks like... It's mostly memories lurking at the windows. Some people are taking the appearances harder than others.

Is there anything you remember about that mask? It might... help us find a way to stop that thing.

Only that I accidentally dropped it and heard a crack. Then everything went sort of dark and hazy. I could see what was going on, but I couldn't do anything about the spirit's actions.

So then the possession only happens when it's damaged... Makes sense, most hauntings start like that.
