Last Wednesday on my 2-10 pm shift, I encountered a patient whose diagnosis I couldn't read (thank you Dr. BEEP! for your wonderful steno-styled handwriting!). The patient was experiencing chills because of, what I assumed, his very high body temperature. A couple hours later, the patient complained of difficulty in breathing, and was put on oxygen
