Huh, goes to show how much I know about horses. I know it's a few days old, but I didn't think it'd be able to stand like that already. Then again, most of my mammalian experience is with cats, dogs and rats.

It's pretty cute though, far as horses/ponies go though.

She was up and walking within a few hours of being born. All horses are like that.

She's this little downy pillow of a horse. The coat will eventually end up much like her mother's (the big one in the background) but not for a few months, so I will be reveling in fluffy until then.

I have never had bother with wanting a pony, because we've had horses galore since I was a baby.

Still, Flicka is hard to cuddle since she wants to move around and stretch her overly long legs, even if she is coated in fluff.
