I wish to leave neutral feedback for cerulescence.

1/20: payment sent via paypal for a pink BTSSB bustle jsk from [ Original post]. The dress is at the dry cleaners at this point so it will be a week before it's sent out.
1/30: I inquire if the dress had been shipped & received a positive reply that it had but she is unable to locate the DC# at this time.
2/14: cerulescence asks if the jsk has arrived. I reply nope. [ original correspondence]
2/27: Refund is requested due to the fact that the jsk still hadn't arrived & there is still no DC#.
2/28: cerulescence asks me to give it until the weekend & that she won't be able to give me a full refund immediately due to personal circumstances.
3/02: I reply I can wait until 3/03 but after that, I would have to file a paypal claim due to time restraints
3/02: Refund received & cerulescence requests that if the jsk should arrive to either send payment again or send the package back. As of 3/13, no package has arrived.

Make of it what you will.

Neutral for anis_faye.

I bought a Metamorphose dress from her. When it didn't arrive in a reasonable time frame, I tried to contact her through email and LJ, and I eventually filed a Paypal dispute. She said that her car had been broken into and her computer stolen. When she posted to egl to explain where she'd been while people had been trying to contact her, she also asked that those of us with outstanding Paypal disputes close them so the money in her account would be available to her. This is very fishy, because once a Paypal dispute is closed, it cannot be reopened. I did eventually receive my dress, however, at which point I closed the dispute.

I would like to give neutral feedback to seeinglife

They send me two items (one as a consolation present for me receiving it late) and the other i had bought. However the consolations prize stank so badly that i had to throw away, and when i mean stank i mean stank! It still had hair on it and stuff urgh. The skirt i received from them also smelt though not half as bad. However i will not be able to properly wash it out because it is leather. Hence the neutral.

electrichobo is not a scammer, and I did receive the white MarJour blouse from her in a timely manner, but to this day even after washing and rewashing with stain remover I still cannot remove the yellow makeup (?) stains from the outer surface of the collar and sleeve. Alas, it wasn't like the item was advertised as new, but as in good condition - but I do expect preowned clothing to arrive clean without marks, or that stains of this nature or peeling screenprints should at least be mentioned prior to sale. Had I known, I probably would not have bought the item, or at least for what I paid for it.
I might buy from her again, but not if the item isn't advertised as NWT.

I would like to give a neutral for sproutasaurus . I held a dress for her for over a week till she was able to send payment. She sent payment, but sent an e-check. The e-check bounced and it seemed that she retried(not a problem with me though that meant I would have waited a total of about 3 weeks for payment), then she canceled it w/o notice. I'm not leaving a negative ,because towards the beginning she was responsive and kind
