OF COURSE! :D You do as much as you can do. Even just a month is fine with me. I just need a little variety every once in awhile for the members here. Our maker community isn't even active, so don't bother joining it. :P I'm gonna be deleting it soon anyway.

What program(s) do you use?: psp 8 & animation shop3 I also have photoshop but I don't like to use it that often

I dont like doing blinkies honestly but I will if Im in the mood...I also do userinfo dividers I just havent set them up on my graphics journal yet. :)
