Almost, wow, a month ago now I was browsing Flickr for some mod outfits because I am much more familiar with the '70's style than with mod.
I think the easiest way to keep the "mod" aspect on a lolita outfit is to take inspiration directly from an existing ensemble and then modify the shape to conform to the lolita
