I just read this article and can't stop laughing. Please, someone write Boris campaigning for president of America. Running against Sarah Palin in the primaries and charming the pants off all the "URG NOOO BRITISH PERSON" Repubs with his sheer charm and silly hair. Constitution? What Constitution?

Alternatively, some blundering Boris trying to argue with US immigration officials would be nice too.

No need to ignore the Constitution! You see, it turns out that Boris was secretly born on US soil! And therefore, when his other people turn to him in the time of need, he must provide them with succor!

...okay, he wasn't entirely convinced they actually needed him, but he agreed to go on the visit to DC anyway just to talk it out (and because he was tired of getting all those postcards begging him for help) and then he experienced the DC metropolitan area bus system. And he couldn't just leave them to suffer that!

(I think he would have to run as an Independent, although attempting to run against Palin in the Republican primary, failing, and then running as an independent vs. her and Obama in the general election would be *amazing*.)

Ah, but Stephen can time travel! So if they're teaming up, that's all sorted! :D

(Current on-air Stephen is, after all, technically Future!Stephen who came back in time to replace Space Spider!Stephen after Space Spider!Stephen died on air. Actual modern-time Stephen is presumably in suspended animation in a cocoon somewhere in orbit, unless future!Stephen is also a space spider clone. One must keep track of these things.)
