We seem to have a different attitude to this
because when I read this
It breaks my heart to think of some of the cases I've dealt with as a constituency MP when loving fathers haven't had the access to their children which would benefit all sides.
the first thing I thought of was an AU in which he is heartbroken over not being able to see his children

(But that might just be my desire to give him a hug every time he writes about being a father or adoption.)
