Am I to understand that there will be a 9th prompt post created at the end of the freeze? If so, it seems odd to start a new one so soon after the creation of post 8, which isn't even approaching 5000 comments yet...

Could I please have some hurt/comfort with David trying to work out what's wrong and Nick really reluctant to tell him, until he finally breaks down and confides about the threats/harassment/violence from a group of Tory back-benchers mixed with far too much work and stress. David promises he'll take care of it.

Bonus points for Vulnerable!Nick trying to have sex with David, either as a way to persuade him not to do anything or because he just needs comfort, and Tempted!butResponsible!David saying no because he knows Nick is upset and emotional.
