If my friends haven't heard from me recently, it's because I've been a little busy. I got an opportunity to be a part-time instructor at a local community college this fall. Their astro instructor is on sabbatical this year, and they needed 3 of us to fill in part-time for him. I had applied to be a summer lecture instructor, hadn't gotten the job

Hey Laura. Since I am here the extra day my schedule is slightly less insane. Do you have time tomorrow for lunch or something on my way out of town. I know its last minute, but I didn't expect to still be here until this afternoon. ;)

I have an observing run tonight (my last one of the academic year to get data for the thesis. sad!) So I'm super busy today and I'll be very zonked tomorrow. Sorry! Hopefully next time.
