I actually got the "good to go" from my surgeon last night but I didn't want to try getting out and then find my meds somewhere and be exhausted and hurty when I finally got home. So I elected to stay one more night and head out this morning. Of course my temp spiked a wee bit last night but I did some coughing and deep-breathing. (Sumbitch that

Glad things went well and now you can continue to heal in the comfort of your home and pleasant surroundings.
I've always appreciated the good care while in the hospital but it is always nice to return home. ((hugs))
