So... I haven't really logged on in a week. My computer has been having trouble for quite a while... First of all it was still Win 98, 56k dial up, and 17 gigs of memory... Now, my cousin upgraded it.. .Win 2000, 2 hardrives, more gigs, microsoft office 2000... etc etc... I still have dial up though... but I am trying to decide between DSL and

you mean 17 gigs of harddisk space right? not memory cuz if you mean memory - shit! that's a lot of memory...how come no upgrade to xp? heard wifi is sketchy sometimes so dsl might be more reliable...dunno how it is there but yah

well, unless you're using a laptop, the wifi may not be of any use.... plus, if you're technologically-inept (such as myself) and the wireless goes out, then you'd be out of the internet until someone helps you! (but that's just me, because i don't know anything about this technology-mumbo-jumbo)

plus, i firmly believe that the whole point of wireless internet is so that you can take a crap while surfing the internet.
