Your dream job is real! An acquaintance of mine runs a program at Lakewood HS that provides students with a safe space to learn more about/discuss their experiences with abuse, self esteem, etc. The program's main goal is to educate teens about what it means to be in a healthy relationship & to give them the tools/support they need to advocate for themselves in their relationships. Programs like this are typically grant funded and are becoming more common at colleges and high schools
