Im trying new things
I am in a strange place lately. Trying not to be too introspective and that's difficult. I have forced myself to make new (additional) friends and engage people. Another difficult choice. So, I am getting through this FEB & Friend stuff ok, only a couple of (pardon the pun) rough patches. I forgot how tired this stuff makes me. I've been sleeping way more than usual and my ass is dragging all day. I also don't like taking pills every 6 hours because that part really disrupts my sleep schedule ( Read more... ) -

This journal has to be about something more than illnesses and complaining. I've stayed away from my LJ lately because it has been where I put my frustrations. But that doesnt work so well, because then I don't visit and comment in your LJs. I am going to try to make it a habit to lighten things up. Follow up
Well, at least Im not in the hospital overnight. At least I am now home. That kids, is making lemonade out of lemons. I spent the entire day at the hospital hooked up to an IV of antibiotics. I am a still high from the IV of happy juice. I have shingles in my scalp as well as FEB. I can't prove it, but I suspect they over drugged me with happy ( Read more... ) -
Sometimes, I just don't know.
After considering all my symptoms I discovered my flesh eating bacteria has reared its destructive head again. This is the 7th time. There was hopes that it was destroyed last round a few years ago. Nope, this time it was hiding under my scalp. It took me a while to pinpoint that it actually is a FEB outbreak. I parted the hair in the painful area ( Read more... ) -
Tuesday's Snow
I heard a lot of people complaining about the Weather forecasters not seeing this coming. But really it is extremely difficult to predict the weather here.
