And you can talk to me anytime you need to. I did the same thing for awhile. I would bite and cut myself and I still get the urge to do so every now and then. You can get a tattoo thats a good pain. I went through a lot of the same stuff, its hard I am not over mine either. So I would like to tell you to do this this and this, but I am not one to talk. Mine was more with my bro and I am still afraid of him. He beats his girl right in front of me and I am too afraid to help her. SO yeah. Just try and keep your chin up. Feel better and eventually will be mature adults with children of our own that we wont disturb and dement. LOVES and KISSES

My poor Lyndsey. Listen, I hate to sound like Dear Abby, but maybe you should get counseling. This has obviously played havoc with your emotions. Counseling works. Trust me. You might also be depressed. In fact, I'm fairly sure you are depressed. Depression kills darling. It almost ripped my Mom to shreds before she got on medication. I don't want the same thing happening to you.

"Lyndsey, the beautiful, bubbly, friendly, fun-to-be-around person" that I'm not. I'm not.

Trust me, you are. I've found myself saying the almost exact same thing. Even though sadness may lie beneath, even if you feel weighted down and that nothing's ever going to be happy again, you are that person. Trust me.

And whatever is happening with your body, everything will be ok. Believe in that. You can do this. You can climb whatever mountain you wish, spiritual or physical. I believe in you Lyndsey. And I love you, even if you do try to steal my Arty.
