So I bought my mom this DVD player for Christmas. She uses it once or twice and all of a sudden I am getting this phone call saying.. "It just doesnt work anymore" My mother is by no means stupid but she also isnt too hip with technology. I suggest she return it. She goes to Best Buy and you know what was wrong
