"Hello," Ludwig replied awkwardly, eyes drifting all over the room in an attempt to take it all in at once. He hadn't been in a comic book shop since he was a child... and even then, he didn't spend a sufficient amount of time there. Half of him was already regretting his insane spontaneity... yes, he wanted to get out of the apartment, but what possessed him to go visit a guy he didn't even know to play a game he hardly knew anything about?

Well, there was really no helping it. He was there, so he might as well ignore any second thoughts and go through with it. He had already promised, anyway.

He turned to the man behind the counter, "Uh... do you know where I could find an Alfred F. Jones...? He said he'd meet me here."

Alfred's smile grew and he hopped over the counter, offering a hand. "That's me! Just call me Al though. Or Alfred, whatever, just not Fred! God you're tall as fuck." Even compared to Ivan this guy was built like a tank. Definitely a potential broski for paintball times.

"Glad you found your way here, this is Millennium Comics, but I guess you're here mostly to see me so that's really rad."

"it wasn't too difficult," Ludwig replied, accepting Alfred's hand for a quick handshake. This man certainly was animated... he might take some getting used-to... "I'm Ludwig Beilschmidt, by the way. I'm not sure if you're expecting anyone else..."

Alfred shook his head, dragging Ludwig deeper into the store, sitting him down at a table. 'Nope! Not today at least, some other people are interested but I like to do one-on-one time first, really get to know the players."

He sat down across from Ludwig, propping his chin on his hand. "So tell me! Be you fighter, mage or rogue?" He asked, putting on his best Arthur impression he could. Artie's accent was perfect for any and all western fantasy based tabletops.
