Look here...the recovery time for a c-section is no longer than a regular delivery...it's not that bad at all, actually. I don't want you to worry none 'bout that sort of thing.
The biggest way to help your recovery along after one is walk walk walk. The sooner you get your blood a'flowin and whatnot, the sooner you'll be healing up right quick like!
Sure...you won't be able to do sit ups or run for like 6 weeks afterwards (but that's no different than a vaginal delivery)... Also, it won't really matter because you'll have so much going on. It'll be fine. Really. I promise.

also i think that is really neat that you're the first 3-d ultra for her in 8 1/2years! Very cool.
Having babies is a definite yes for me. Hopefully within the next 5 or 6 years... maybe sooner. :) who knows...
