Oh yeah! And hip pain...I have something that'll help that out as well.
Ok...it's kind of weird to explain, but just go with it. I explained it to Laura when she was preggo with her number 2 bebe on here too! NEAT!
ANYWAY: Lay on your back...bring your knee up and then pull it a little more than gently, not with Wonder Woman strength, toward your chest. Take your hand and push back against it. I told Laura to kind of imagine using the same amount of strength/pressure you would use to open a stubborn jar of pickles to press your knee back. You do it for about 10 seconds and then release. Do 4 sets on each leg. It helps to realign your hips and lessens the pain.
