Despite my long departure from the world of kpop, I agree with you in that they don't seem to have any rights. I suppose in a sense, it's because they need to fit a certain aesthetic which requires them to also be treated differently and not like a living, breathing human being. They are a product, part of a production line meant to sell, sell, sell, no matter what improvements or marketing strategies it takes. It sucks ass, but I agree that it should change. Someone could get seriously hurt in the long run (not that the kpop scene hasn't seen it's share of health scares).

On another note, nice to see you back on lj, lawlz.
