Im back..and donated successfully. The shots were the worst part, and the pain that went with it. The procedure itself was just long...boring.. and just got me scared, but not too bad. I got there early in the morning..around 7am. They took lots of blood for tests and stuck a needle with a tube in my wrist, then told me to go out for lunch. That ( Read more... )

Im in the middle of the bone marrow donation. Its not as easy as I thought. My bones hurt in every possible place, and my lower back is a constant reminder of the pain. Im not as invincible as I once thought it was. Its too late to turn back now..the boy is in intense radiation with hopes of getting better with my marrow. I hope it works out. ( Read more... )

Today was ridiculous. Life has been very ridiculous lately. Im finishing my Masters in 2 WEEKS!! Very exciting..and a lot has been going on. Actually I got my thesis done a while ago, and it wasn't so bad. Have a few more presentations left to do, but im not too worried about those. I went to the Giants game this morning, and the A's game in the evening. They both lost =(

It was a intensely baseball filled day. And now im so full of junk food I want to throw up. I have 1.5 months of college left. Hello Masters degree. Lets hope you make me some money.

So Im having a really difficult time keeping up with the pace of my accelerated masters course. Im in the middle of impossible midterms [40pg study guides] and my thesis which is DUE next week. Yes..
