I'm not an Angie fan either, to be honest. But I think that their relationship was really different, and I can't imagine that a person like Angie wouldn't be totally effected by a person like Chris, and I really wanted to see how her reaction to his death would play out. I'm glad you liked it =]

This was lovely! I love how you wrote Angie's view of her relationship with Chris and explored what it would have been like for her to hear of Chris's death. I love how you wrote Chris through her eyes. I think you captured so much of what makes Chris *Chris* and why I love him so much. I especially love this section: In her whole life, she had never known anyone more filled with life and light then Chris. No one was so very alive. Just being around him made her feel more alive, that was what she had loved about him. He was shameless, foolish, rash and destructive but he had more love in his heart than anyone she had ever met. I've never particularly liked Angie or Chris/Angie but you made me see how she could have been attracted to him. Anyway I just wanted to say that I enjoyed reading this!

Thank you thank you! I know that Chris/Angie is kind of a bust overall, but like I said before after Chris died I couldn't help but think about how much he touched everyone around him, and how a person as cold as Angie MUST have been deeply effected by a person like Chris. I'm glad that people are reading it, I was worried it was going to get skipped over because of the pairing. I'm glad that it's liked =]

This is lovely! I especially like this line, and find it very true:

"There is something about the night that changes people. All rational thought goes out the window and people are reduced to the most basic, primal pieces of themselves."
