Biggerette - a bigger cigarette
De-Fogertise - to make a song sound less like something written by John Fogerty
Denima - jeans wedgie
Doucheiverse - where the douches are
Gitouski - acoustic guitar
Grampire - grandfather vampire
Grodeo - a particularly grody area
Nuditity - like nudity, but probably better
Penisness - self-explanatory
Slackaroni - Mike White might be able to explain this
Slanguage - beyond colloquialism
Vaganus - it's between the two
Vagenitals - female genitalia
Vaginasaur - I'm not sure, actually...

That's 'cause they've been randomly made-up, often accidentally, and rarely catch-on :p
