So the potion is almost complete, and we still know little about what exactly Harry hides of himself with his potion other than he fears it. He fears himself I would suggest from this chapter, he fears his reactions to others ... I wonder if he hides from himself the fact he's gay.
I think the potion curbs Harry's passion because the force of it is too strong, or so he thinks. Did he hurt Ginny with too much magic that stemmed from passion????
