That looked more like Dutch to me than German:

Babel translated Dutch to English as:

Box camera from the German " Carl braun camerawerke " lain in the region of Nurnberg, the factory it was set up in 1906, and produced components for radio' s and binoculars. Around 1948 net after WW II, starte the braun factory also with the production of box cameras. These " Receiver box " camera was made in 1955, and buy was offered by the German products house barracks " Kaufmann " , that sold both the box in Germany, and him also exported to, a lot of European countries. The receiver box camera, was a metal, black painted box, provides with a good standard lens, and with flash synhronisatie on top of the box. A very simple apparatus, but of very good German quality. 120 role film Braun standard optical lens: f = 12.5 cm 6 X 9 film format shutter times 1/80 and T (time exposure) only two diaphragms possibilities
