I go to a specific Starbucks regularly and always get the same thing. They now call it "The Skinny Bill" Can you tell what it is?

I forgot to tell you what the Skinny Bill is. It's a Non-fat, tall, decaf, 1 squirt of sugar free caramel, 2 packs of splenda, americano miesto.
SOO GOOD!!!

Not a fan of pumpkin.. but I hear that the Pumpkin Spice is tasty.. I don't think I'll be trying it though.
