A big storm is blowing over as I type, so I hope it doesn't go knocking down some power lines and cutting the 'leccy for me. I have an update to write! All I really want to do is write about my records, because by golly, I have all these new records and I've barely listened to any of them, and it's a real shame because there are some bloody corkers ( Read more... )

I think i saw you in the city on Wednsday. YOu were walking towards me and I thought I recognised you and i was like do i know this person then by the time I realised it might be you we had passed each other. I looked back but you looked like you were in a real hurry so i didn;t chase you down the street. I probabaly wouldn't have had anything to say anyway and there was a fifty fifty chance it wasn;t you so I cut my loses and got on a bus. There was heaps of annoying shcool girls on they were talking about bullshit "oh my god I cant beleive she is going out with him!", and so forth.

I like stories.

you should've said something! i was probably on a delivery mission for work, and thinking more about how much i probably stank, or whether or not my bag was leaving leathery stains on my clothes.

eavesdropping on conversations is about the only bearable component of catching public transport. i do it all the time on the train. half the time i just want to burst out laughing.

I like eavesdropping.
I don't do it very well though because I always end up introducing myself into the conversation.
I like talking.

But not to Alex. We haven't spoken in ages!! I am in bris from the 14th-27th. And I have a plane buddy on the trip up. Very exciting. I won't have to force myself into other people's conversations - I will have my OWN!

You should see me in the kitchen at work. I'm on the computer, doing my incredibly boring job, and everytime people start up a conversation in there, I ALWAYS feel inclined to eavesdrop and interrupt.

International flights are the best for making conversations. Actually, not always: I had this Australian guy who lived in Singapore give me his business card and tell me that I should call him if I'm ever in Singapore after we sat next to each other in our upgraded business class seats. Why don't people understand that a line needs to be drawn somewhere?

I THINK A JESS WEEKEND IS IN ORDER!

As a consequence of buying Brunettes merch, i have the grand sum of $7 until Wednesday. And probably not even that, since I bought lunch on Friday. Damn enticing merch! Nonetheless, your Calippo looked pretty appealing on Thursday night - I would have almost done you a deal on that!
