You may have trouble finding 3 bedrooms in an apartment building, especially if you want to be close to downtown. I know there's a brown apartment building at the corner of Oxford/Richmond, but don't know the exact address or if they have 3br units. Probably really pricey, but Somerset Place is on Richmond & has 3br units but isn't close to downtown.

Check out http://www.viewit.ca/ as well.

Thanks for the help!
somerset place is good, I actually lived in the neighbouring building last year, but my friends are being picky and insist on finding a place downtown which is going to be difficult :(

Maybe try in Wortley Village? Although you'd be more likely to find a house, it's location might make it worth checking out.

I live in Cherryhill. While it's not directly on Richmond, it's an entire building complex, right by a mall, every amenity you could need is close, and it's very close to downtown. I take the 20 to Richmond and Dundas every day and it takes less than 10 minutes to get there.

Otherwise I can't think of very many actual apartment buildings right downtown... altho I know a friend at work lives in an apartment near.. Picton Street I think? And there are also a few buildings along Waterloo St, one right at Richmond and Oxford, and one right across from the park between Centennial Hall and City Hall... so you could check those out!

I love wortley village, it is so pretty, but I don't think my friends would settle for that, sadly :(
