Anyone know of a place in London to get handmade incense?

Does anyone know of a reasonable sewing machine repair shop in London? I have an antique black Singer and need a repair done. I am looking for something preferably in the North end.

Bonus points if they would come to my home!

Does anyone know of any one bedroom apartments for rent that are NOT in a highrise apartment building? Something in a house would be ideal...

ETA: Does anyone know if the Wharncliffe North area is a safe neighborhood/area for a single mom and young daughter?

I'm looking for a high quality hair salon, somewhere in the price range of $50 or less for a haircut. However, I'd be willing to pay more if it is worth it. Any suggestions?

I was hoping someone would know where I can find coconut oil, here in the city? I want to use it on my daughter, rather then vaseline. Does anyone know if they carry it at the Covent Garden Market?

My sister is thinking of getting laser eye surgery, and she's gotten a quote from Lasik MD on Dundas, near downtown. When I was looking into this procedure a few years ago, I was told emphatically to go to Windsor, as it was the best. Has anyone had, or know someone who has had, the procedure done here in London?
