sorry for the lack of comments but i am in england now. in torquay.
i am doing my exchange. but i feel so lonely.
whatever i try to do i cant find friends! am i that awful?

is there anyone british here?

how can i make friends.
whatever i say, they dont care.

omg i am so homesick and i cry a lot.

they dont want to talk to me, they just answer whatever i ask and leave as quick as possible. and none of the exchange students has made friends, because we are like 20. and the british are rid of us

they're shy? the usa exchange student asked me once something and i just answered quickly and fled away. i didn't know what i could possibly say to her even though i would have had loads of things to say. i'm curious about exchange students and would love to talk with them but i'm too shy and my english is rubbish.

you just have to push, push. people are like scared little kittens, you have to let them come to you.

i am going to stay here 7 months with a hostfamily. and i actually did make friends with the other exchange students and i feel quite good now.
i didnt cry or sth :)
