Loving the start time but not sure how that will help the people who want a quiet one. To them i say 'You what?' just turn up wherever it is you have to go hammered. Its christmass and i am sure it would be expected of everyone anyway.

I like the sensible approach to finishing early "Yes guv we must start at 11 so that by 9pm we are all bloody slaughered and we can go about our previous engagements" hehe
