4x16: "Another Mister Sloane"
ABC summary: Sydney must ally herself with Sloane in order to catch the man (Joel Grey) who has been impersonating him. But when they discover what the imposter is after, Nadia begins to worry that her father will be tempted to rediscover a past obsession.
oh boy. things are getting interesting. so sloane 2 kidnaps a female scientist in order to build a rambaldi device. it's happening all over again (sort of) except this time... we kind of know but then don't know what's going to happen.
roberts, the guy who helped vaughn "find" his father, was killed by sloane 2. how clever, cutting the cables of the elevator car. like in moscow! nadia/weiss were funny, all lovey-dovey.
HEY, the giant red ball is back. remember back in the day when syd had to deal with that? and then vaughn drowned (but really didn't because he had his trusty screwdriver). that's the same red ball, right? unreal.
sloane going through all the rambaldi stuff was awkward. i have this feeling that he was going to get sucked in again. who's to say? hm, i wonder when sark's gonna come back.
sloane/syd working together was.. funny? weird? sloane, just looking at her. ha. what's the importance of the name "jacquelyn"?
when syd said "arvin clone," it was TOO. FUNNY. then came the names "marvin sloane" and "rolling sloanes" like the rolling stones! oh, you guys. marshall's really standing up for himself now. he's speaking out! word, bro.
sloane beat the, excuse my language, living shit out of carter! wow! he just keep beating him with that metal rod! it reminded me of shaun of the dead for moment. you know, when shaun and ed keep beating the zombies in the backyard. wee! but not wee! for sloane's anger issues. the blood was all over his face when he smiled and told nadia, "it's all over now"-- it was chilling. hey, blood all over his face and being out of it? like boone from lost! may he rest in peace.
so next episode. i hope jack doesn't die.
