All I did was go out and have fun.

I haven't done anything about that huge pile of homework. What am I supposed to tell the teachers?
"Sorry, I couldn't write that essay, I've got a life, you know!" Well yeah, I'm not doing anything about it now either. I'm such a terrible student :P

Why on Earth do they assign HOMEWORK on your break? That's insane! It's called a break because that's what you need - a break from it all. *shakes head*

Aw, it's this awful Turkish tradition sort of thing; giving loads of homework over the break. I bet it started like this:

-Hey, the kids are going on break.
-Yeah, I know! What are they gonna do?
-I bet they'll forget all that we've taught them.
-True. Let's give them homework.
-Yes. Let's give them even more.

I bet the teachers have got this paranoia that we'll get lazy if we don't study for a week. Pfft. It is insane.
