Will, the reason we're in Iraq is because Bush is an oil hungry tyrant. Don't hate me...But I think it's stupid to join the military too, at least at this point in time....I mean I understand you wanting to protect the country that is very fucking cool, and if we had any other president...I'd probably join the military too...But when your president rarely says anything intelligent...It's just not the safest time to join the army. I really hope that when you enlist, that you're one of the lucky ones...And don't end up getting hurt/killed/etc. because you're not only are you a good friend...You're going to be a great asset to the military.

First of all, Im hella suprised at what you said to that lady. I could never do that.lol Second, I side with you in that joining the military is cool and its awesome defending your country. On the other hand, I share the first poster's opinions of Bush.

Amara,Monte and holly i respect your opinions about bush however i happen to like him and i think this cause is worth fighting for we are helping iraq establish a government noth a democracy and we havent touched their oil
what the us is doing is giveing them food, water, and protection. i think its a cause worth fighting for bercause i will be joinging to help little kids survive and not being brain washed into blowing them selves up if i join and save a couple of lives then its well worth possiably loseing mine.this isnt even a war were fighting its a bunch of cowards hideing in holes shooting blowing them selves and trying not only to kill us and them selves but their own people.the us isnt stealing oil and were not killing iraqies we are helping the survive from terrorists we are protecting women and children and if thasts not reason to be there i dont know what is.

I don't have ill opinion of the army... I just have ill opinion of the idiot of a president that we have. I'm such a liberal - but not all of us are like that cashier. We don't like being looked down upon either. But yeah, nobody's opinion should be shot, so I totally agree with you.
