I don't know of any reasonable solutions to your problem. I do know that I am a billion zillion times happier now that I get home at 5:30 instead of 11.

I know I haven't posted in a while, but I honestly haven't had anything to say in the way of something new. My "Good Dad" philosophical issues may be bringing me back to the table.
Many of us do, but not everyone. And I have to say, that grates.
I don't think this will make you feel better, but from the point of view of a person who's dad worked 60+ hour weeks most of her childhood, Olivia doesn't realize you're not there as much as you want to be. To me it seems like my dad was always there, even though he was gone by the time I got up for school and didn't get home until my mom & I were at least halfway through dinner

And that's one of the many reasons we love you so.
I know La Nina would rather spend all day with her little hoodlum friends than me, but still. She's smart, "willful" and crafty. Unless I'm here to help temper those qualities with modesty, restraint and consideration we could have one hell of a super villain on our hands.
