there are a couple old buildings in my neighborhood that use the swastika as a design element as well... i'm pretty sure they buildings are pre WWII though, and they're probably going the opposite direction from nazi swastikas.

If they look like swastikas but are going in the opposite direction, then they're a buddhist symbol for the "wheel of karma". Which would make sense, on a court building.

Yeah, I think that they were going in the opposite direction, but I kind of doubt it was buddist. Espically when it's out in rural Iowa.

Going into court sucks, at least they made it clear that their court is full of a bunch of Nazi's unlike most (lol, I know it is pre WW2 construction).
