unless they get a reasonably tech savvy lawyer to ask for activity logs from LJ and the email host and such, these will likely have your IPs attached to each and every http request and at the very least every single login attempt, successful or unsuccesful. Your ISP can then check thier logs to see which account had those IPs at those times and tada, you're fucked.

most administrators of systems as big as LJ and your typical webail outfit keep logs religiously.
