Everything here is going well.  Annelise is growing, I can tell because my belly is finally growing again.  It stayed the same size for a quite a while as she filled up the space she had.  She's very active and really enjoyed her first football game on Saturday.  We had lots of fun at the very rainy TCU game, I came home much more relaxed than when ( Read more... )

My baby sister just called and invited me to the TCU game this weekend!  I haven't been to a football game since college, and I'm really excited about taking Annelise to her first sporting event.  (pretty sure the horse races don't count)  Melisa and her friends sit in the end zone, so I don't have to worry about standing for the whole game  Plus, ( Read more... )

Yeah, see subject line.  I went to Vegas this weekend to see John and it was awesome!  I got there on Friday and we stopped for lunch, then went to an outlet mall to search for baby stuff.  I found a dress I'd love for Annelise to wear for Christmas/John's graduation, but they didn't have the right size.  I'll keep checking the stores, though.  ( Read more... )

Well, I spent all day today getting stuff done in Waxahachie and Cedar Hill.  I got my dress for Mary's wedding (I'm reading and walking Granddad down the aisle), got the Hallmark ornaments I need for this year and a gift for Mary's shower, bought yarn for Annelise's blanket, bought some more maternity clothes, and registered at Target ( Read more... )

Well, I'm 26 weeks pregnant today!  14 weeks to go!  We found out Monday that it's a girl, Annelise Marie.  We're really excited and I've already bought a pink onesie and some hairbows.  If she's anything like I was as a baby, she won't have much hair for a very long time and hairbows are the only way people will know she's a girl ( Read more... )
