This weekend a friend visited Canberra - she'd been sent to Sydney for a two week course and dropped by for a visit before flying home to New Zealand.

I've been seeing All Blacks flash mobs on YouTube...how big a deal IS it in NZ? I mean, I know it's a much more mainstream sport for your country than it is in the US, but will there be parades and wild snogging in the streets if your team wins?

It's pretty big, I guess? Even here where rugby's not quite so all-encompassing (attention is split between Australian football, rugby and soccer) we still getting nightly updates on the World Cup.

If we win, there'll be significant gloating in office corridors, and an official parade somewhere no doubt, but that's about it I imagine.
