Your words are beautiful and true. I think you get them confused because daffodils always bloomed at grandma's around Easter. That is why I always got them confused (because I did get them confused.) You are close enought to right that I like your interpretation as much as mine. Christ was the daffodil that was born in darkness and a light for the world.

I showed up at the funeral and saw Linda directing the boyscouts to get folding chairs to place outside the church so people could sit. Then I knew things would be alright in the end...there were that many people who saw the light in Emily Chase White...and Linda was still Linda - directing things. It was good to have been there. I wish that you were.

I love you too. I miss you often.
