Best of luck! I went on a "No junk food" diet for a week.... it was hard in the beginning, but got easier as the week progresed. You don't realize how much crap you eat til you cut it out of your diet.
For me the rest of the week was hard, I think I cut out too much sugar, I ended up having pieces of a chocolate bar to get through, which cheered me up immensely, a piece of a chocolate bar was just as good as a whole one and it could last me over several days.
