My mystery CDs came! Looks like I got Nightmusic Vol 1, Tri-State, and Invol2ver.

I have decided that my current apartment will be my last. I'm buying a townhouse. Great timing, eh? Actually, as scary as things are, everyone is saying that now really is a good time to buy a house, as house prices are still falling. I found a place I really like.

I got a super-awesome deal on my house. Hooray for taking advantage of someone else's foreclosure nightmare.

I don't feel badly about it either. Especially the part where the bank said "you want the half-acre next door for free? throw it in there on the lot description. free land. Woo hoo!"

Seriously. Buying now is super-smart.

It's definitely a good time to buy, but do look around! Not that the first place isn't awesome, but it's always good to make sure. Good luck with the home buying! :)
