Ramble of Concert Visits
LOOONG TIME NO POST!
Well,,, 'Ello xD Yes, I know...Blablabla busy blabla work blabla NEED A PLACE TO FRIKKIN LIVE!
SO! A lot of thingemejiggy's happened these few months and I'll try to remenber them all and write them down here xD
FIRST UP!
UnsraW was here! Hell of a concert, really! I arrived at about 12. And my friend was already there, waiting. The concert would start at about... 8-ish in the evening, so we had a long wait ahead of us... But I don't really mind the lines in front of a concert hall. Knowing most people there, it's always very cozy and fun~^^ So we were there waiting...
And waiting...
And WAITING! Sometimes hopping over to the gasstation to go to the bathroom. (Tivoli de Helling (the concerthall) Is stationed in an industrial part of Utrecht so no restaurants nor clean-smelling toilets... Really, next time I'll take a pictures of the toilet at the gasstation... *shivers* grooossssss.
But anywho, the hall opened and we stormed in, I got a place right in front of the vocalist (Yuuki) so me was happy. The man scares the hell out of me but, damn, he's AWESOME!
And then it started...
...It was INSANE! INSANE I TELL YOU! xD Everybody stage-dived at least once... except Yuuki... he jumped 8/9 times xD And when you're right in front of him it's... kinda scary!! He's not as thin as other jrockers (not saying that he's fat!!) and he's quite big in the shoulders, so I pretty much fell to the floor everytime he jumped xD Got back up, fought back for my spot and started headbanging again. It was crazy xD Pure madness. Moshing all over the place xD Yuuki spitting water and his own spit all over the audience (...gross...) AND WHAT'S EVEN MORE GROSS!!! HE THREW HIS FAKE WOUND MAKE UP SHIT IN THE CROWD! PART OF IT HIT MY FACE! AND IT'S STICKY AND EEEEEEWWW!!!
The bassist was the support bassist of Black:List, Jin. He was sucking faces with a girl next to me o.O But he played amazing! And had an amazing bass... Seriously gorgeous!!
And we got a signing session, always niiice xD The funny thing is. Me and my friends already went past the band for the signing session and one of my male friends was still waiting in line. His name is Rei. One of the guitarists in UnsraW in named Rai. So my friend and I called over to Rei. Like: "OIII!!! REEIII!!!" And Rai was sitting behind his table. Looking as us, slightly in panic, and Rei was just smiling slightly and waving to us. So the guitarist was probably really lost xD But my friend and I really didn't think about the fact that Unsraw had a guitarist named Rai. Only after it happened we were like: ... oh... oops... WHAAHAHA xD
And I also managed to get a part of the setlist1^^
And Second!
I'm here again to tell about my nice (and not so nice) adventures in Bochum^^
We (meaning 5 other friends and myself) took the international train to Bochum on the 17th. One day before the concert would start. So we didn't had to leave early and shit. *Luckyyy*
We checked in at our hotel and then went to walk through the town. It was a really hot day so no jackets or coats! YATTA!
After our walk we got some noodles and ate in our hotel rooms (so delicious! ) Talked for a bit and went to bed. And it was impossible for me to sleep... Really.. I slept like two hours in total. And the hotel was right next to the station, so every half hour a train would come by and a womans voice was heard, going: MEINE DAMES UND HERREN! CRAZY NOISE! HATE IIIIT!!!
Anyway, the taxi came to pick us up at 7 in the morning so we were at the concert hall at.. a 15 past 7.
That's really really early xD Even for me xD But we had a nice group around us. 2 other friends arrived at 9 and a lot of other people from the Netherlands were there xD And I know almost all of them ^^ So we all kinda formed our own... crew xD
It was really a lot of fun waiting in line^^ And then the most awsomest thing happened. The signing session. With LM.C. Which I adore xD So we were waiting in line until it was our turn. I was standing next to my friend Laura, who absolutely LOVES Maya and she was shaking all over and looking really angry, but she was just soooo nervous. Quite adorable actually xD. She went up them first and then it was my turn (the last one of the group T_T xD) The bodyguard was standing next to me when I was standing in front of Aiji and at once he said: "Kawaii na~?" To Aiji and Aiji looked at me and said: "Un, kawaii desu!" I spontaniously became quite red and smiled... At least, I think I smiled xD Aiji signed my CD and then came Maya. Guess wat he said: "Anata wa hontouni kawaii desu ne~?" And that made me die. The end.
XD NOES! I lived! The concert still was over yet!
After the signing session we were just stading in line again, Listening to the soundcheck and already signing along xD The bodyguard ( who turned out to be the manager, stupid me xD)came to our spot and he had a translator with him. He asked if he could ask us a couple of questions and we said yes! Only, the translator spoke german. We didn't xD So we said to the man to just speak Japanese. That was easier to understand. It was fun! He asked for our ages, where we lived, which bands we liked and where we usually go to see jrock band. We told him that most of them come to Utrecht. And he nodded and was all like: "Ahhh... Miyavi...". And we got a promise that LM.C would come to Holland next year. And then, at 7. The doors opened and we were able to go in. I was standing 2nd row right in front of Maya xD
The concert in itself was great! Danced a lot! But still... I don't really like to go to germany for concerts... The fans aren't bad, the just push and pull and scream and cry a lot. The keyboardist was aging a year that day!! So we sang happy birthday to him and Denkiman and he had a beer drinking contest (Spurred on by Maya xD) I really enjoyed myself at that concert!^^
Except... after that concert... I collapsed in some kind of shock. I was shaking all over the floor, dizzy as hell and some guy from Zeche (the concerthall) dragged me outside to give me fresh air and some water. After 20 minutes it still didn't stop and the guy called an ambulance. A friend came with me and at the hospital they did all kinds of tests and thing, took some of my blood and I was on a heart machine for a while. It really REALLY scared me. Because I was in a strange country. I didn't understand the language and they wanted me to stay for the night. I was really firm in my words that I absolutely did. not. want. that. Absolutely NOT. So I was able to leave after signing all kinds of papers (against the advice of the doctor etc etc)
I slept fantastic that evening. Couldn't even hear the devil woman outside^^ And the next day it was all okay again. It seems that becasue of my lack of sleep, the heat and not enough food that I collapsed. Oh yeah, and I seem to be allergic to.. pretty much everything in food xD DAMNIT!
I went to one more concert and on a holiday... But I'm tired... It's late... beeeeeeeeeeed~ Excuse my mistakes in writing for today~~~
