kortnie. i know what youre feeling. honestly, i think thats what ive been feeling. seriously. positive thinking really works. even when youre miserable, just tell yourself youre happy. i know, it seems lame. but i did it. & now, i feel happy. nothing changed in my life. but i realized what i needed to do to change. like, honestly too. tell yourself how beautiful you are every day in the mirror. and seriously, everyday, you're gonna start feeling more & more beautiful. & thin & smart & positive & whatever else you want. cos i did that. i dont know if i actually changed, but inside, i feel better.it works. i dont know if this makes sense at all. im just trying to help. cos i hate that youre upset.

im struggling with the same issues, and i have been for a long time. anxity, self-worth, depression, unmotivated and not feeling like yourself. you either need to figure out what really making you feel that way, and if there is any way you yourself can change it, or maybe you need to do what im doing. and get help. it sounds radical and ridiculous and like "i dont need that" but just learning more and listening makes me feel better, and less trapped. we have different situations but very similar feelings, you can IM me anytime or call me 6927793 i have a lot of info you might be interested in.

another thing is. i know you are wicked busy with like work adn school and life, a and im not sure if you're already doing this, but working out at least 3 times a week just like jogging or walking or going to the gym.. it seriously does release chemicals that make you feel happier and it obviously mkaes you feel better about yourself anyway. i dont wanna sound lik ea doctor or a freak haha by posting all of this i just really think these things help me, so.
