If I make it through any year with all my fingers and toes intact, I consider it a successful year. So 2006 was a FAIL. Oh, top of my middle finger, how I miss you.

What the...? You never told me you lost part of your finger!

I never told you that? I sliced off a good 1/8 inch of the top of my left middle finger with a vegetable peeler two years ago. Not enough to stitch back on, but just enough to cause some nerve damage and a nice scar. Can't play guitar anymore. I didn't go to the hospital, I just got really nauseous and tried not to faint. It took forever to heal. My mom forced me to get health insurance after that.
