vacation, week two.

Ahh, a second week of pure lazy bliss.  I kind of wound down a little the second week.  I pushed a few things back, and pulled a couple things off of the list, because as I got closer to needing to do them, I decided I would rather just chill.  Details after the jump.

Kerrville was much smaller about 10 years ago, when it was my old stomping grounds. (it's the closest town to the YO Ranch). We'd have a day off, and we'd wind up at Walmart for supplies, then over to the movie theater that an the time had 2 screens, so we were stuck with whatever crappy movie was there (although that was where I got to see the XFiles movie). Then maybe a milkshake at Pampell's (that doesn't exist anymore either) and a swim in the river. Damn, fond fond memories in Kerrville, TX.

I didn't know you lived in Kerrville. I thought you moved from Baton Rouge to Austin directly. I think I was just given a tiny sliver of pre-Cinemark Kristin. Better watch out, I may end up getting to actually know you, lol.

No no, I never lived in Kerrville. Kerrville was the closest town to camp. Spent 8 summers at camp. So from age 12-19 every summer I was at camp, and would spent days off in Kerrville.
