I know I've been thinking too much about where in Japan I want to teach when I'm watching a car commercial and I find myself thinking, "That place has mountains. I wonder what it would be like to live there." Or when I have dreams in which I read long guidebook entries on areas of Japan that don't actually exist

These people are boring. The beach! It's not even a dangerous beach, if it faces the sea of japan.

this or this. Or, you know, a more normal beach. But you can imagine that.

Also, it probably wouldn't be right on the water, or right in the middle of an apple orchard. But you never know.
