I think I'm on the verge of a breakdown. I spent a lot of yesterday at work crying over absolutely nothing. I've been feeling this coming on for a while, but I've been trying to ignore it. I hoped it'd get better when I broke up with Lake, and it did somewhat, but I still can feel this darkness coming over me.
