1 year 10 months gone, thrown out the window and kicked to the curb... and i never saw it coming...  :(   this is going to be the hardest couple weeks/months/whatever it takes for a heart to heal in a long time

I got vitals on one of my patients around 730 tonight, he had spiked a very high fever, his other signs were stable, but his condition had been very bad for awhile... i talked to josh about 800 pm and he told me his grandpa died around 6:51pm, just about an hour ago.  When I went back to my patient at 8:30 ( Read more... )
