Listening to the rain fall while Some By Sea plays on my stereo.

Feeling relieved and peaceful and content for the moment. This moment is beautiful.

sometimes, all I can do is marvel at the extraordinary people I've been blessed to share my life with. I have the greatest family and friends.

I was having a hard time falling asleep last night. Between coughing up a storm, painful lungs, and some irrational worries (and some rational ones), I just couldn't get my body to cooperate with my mind.
